Julia Ariet was born in Orlando, Florida then moved to Gainesville at the age of four and has been a Gator ever since! Both Julia’s parents were REALTORS® while she was growing up, so it seemed inevitable that she find her into real estate, but she had to figure that out on her own. After graduating from Gainesville High School and attending SFCC, Julia earned a Bachelor of Science and Master degree from the University of Florida.

When asked why she would work in real estate during a difficult market, Julia responded, “I find it very rewarding to support friends and family as they go through the somewhat stressful process of buying or selling a home. And I have enjoyed meeting new customers and working with other professionals in this field.”

Julia has been happily married to Wickie Ariet for eighteen years and they have two daughters.
