Tom and Kathie Bellucci, long time residents of Gainesville, previously associated with Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish REALTORS®, are now part of the Cornell and Associates, Your Real Estate Partner team located in Haile Plantation.

Tom served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, and achieved the rank of Captain. Following military service, he was employed by Nationwide Insurance, and served in a variety of executive level management positions. He retired after 31 years of service as a regional level director. He has served on many local boards including United Way, Boys Club, YMCA, and the Interfaith Hospitality Network (an interfaith organization helping homeless families rebuild their lives). He has served on the Board of Directors of the Haile Plantation West Homeowners Associates, and he and Kathie are currently serving on the Membership Committee of the Haile Plantation Golf and Country Club. Tom is also very active with the Gainesville and Alachua County Association of REALTORS® serving on the Finance, and Governmental Affairs Committees, and a past Chair of the Association’s REALTOR® Political Action Committee.

Kathie is a retired teacher who taught at both Gainesville Country Day and Brentwood Schools. She also has served on many boards and held volunteer positions in her church and community. She has worked with children as well as senior citizens. Kathie also served as a Board Member for the Interfaith Hospitality Network.

At Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish, Tom and Kathie achieved consistently higher sales results each year. Within his first few months, Tom achieved “Million Dollar” recognition. Shortly thereafter, Tom and Kathie were recognized as a “Multi Million Dollar” team. In 2005, they achieved International Coldwell Banker recognition and were awarded the International Sterling Society, ranking their production among the top 18% of Coldwell Banker realtors globally. In 2006, Tom and Kathie achieved the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Team recognition…awarded to the company’s top 2% of REALTORS® nationally. Despite deteriorating real estate market conditions nationally and locally in the deep recessionary years 2007-2009, Tom continued to achieve Multi Million Dollar status each year, and his annual sales performance was consistently ranked in the top one third to the top 12% of Coldwell Banker Agents locally.

The Belluccis bring a myriad of experiences to the real estate business. They have moved throughout the United States and Germany eleven times, and have bought and sold seven homes. They have moved with babies, with teens, as empty-nesters, and finally as seniors. They are currently residents of Haile Plantation and are avid golfers.
